Control room of Kharagpur GRP is located at the Police Lines of Kharagpur GRP District Head Quarter, near Hanuman Mandir, Bus Stand, Kharagpur, Dist- Paschim Medinipur, Pin- 721301. Control Room of Kharagpur GRP Police deals with continuous monitoring of all sorts of actions viz. law and order situation, festivals, apprise crime incident, VIP Movement to all concerned as well as movement of force round the clock to combat any situation by assisting the Police Stations, shifting of sick and injured persons for medical treatment and also to keep liaison with the other Districts/Superiors.
